I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were lovely with great views, but it would have been even better if they had a coffee tray. The service was exceptional, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling despite being busy. The location was beautiful, but a bit far from other attractions. The dining options were delicious but ended slightly early. Overall, a wonderful experience with a few minor drawbacks.

The rooms, thanks to Nasr who did a great job, were large with plenty of space, but some were out of service and either very far from the hotel's beach or overlooked a building. The service, while professional and friendly in general, had some issues, including a disagreement at the entrance regarding beverages. The location was far from the city center but offered a quiet pool for adults and shaded spots for cars. The dining experience in the evening was not that good, despite the beautiful mountain view of the Valley of the Kings. The facilities were decent, with a few improvements needed.
